Action University offers hands-on courses that develop practical skills in analyzing and redesigning business processes, and in the design, development, delivery, and support of business process management applications. Action offers public courses held at Action Technologies' facilities in California, web-based training modules, and private courses at
customer and partner sites.
Courses and Tracks
Action University has designated learning paths for End Users, Executive End Users, Business Process Analysts, Process Owners and Managers, Application Developers, and System and Application Administrators, as well as for licensed ActionWorks Certified Trainers. Please see the Course Catalog for course descriptions and the Schedule for upcoming offerings in our California facilities.

Registration and payment (or a signed purchase order) must be received one week prior to the start of a course.
Required Knowledge and Pre-requisites: Action Technologies reserves the right to refuse enrollment based on participants not meeting the minimum knowledge requirements for each course. If a course has a pre-requisite, you must attend the courses in the required order. All determinations are up to the instructor.
Course Size Limit: Courses with more than 10 participants require additional fees. For courses requiring additional instructors, additional expenses will also be incurred.
California Course Logistics: Courses in California begin at 9:00 A.M. Pacific Time and end by 5:00 P.M. Dress is business casual.
Course Cancellations: Course dates, locations, and tuition are subject to change. Action reserves the right to cancel courses at any time. In the event of cancellation, enrolled students will be notified in advance. Action will not be responsible for cancellation fees incurred by enrolled students such as airline fares and/or hotel reservations. Please do not purchase non-refundable air travel.
Student Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds: Cancellations are subject to a $250 service charge. There will be no refunds for cancellations within one week of the course start date. Participant substitutions will be granted at any time prior to the course start date.
