ActionWorks® End-User 201 (EU-201)
Overview
Managers using the ActionWorks® receive an additional day of specialized instruction on how to manage their work, teams, processes and projects effectively and efficiently. Managers have more access into the system than Team Members so we will focus on the Manager's unique view of data as well as the additional features that Managers have at their fingertips.
Preferred Pre-requisites
EU-101
Objectives
Participants gain hands-on experience participating in processes and projects as a Process and Project Manager. Specific topics include:
- A tour of the product interface and overview of features specifically designed for Process and Project Managers
- Creating process and project templates, interactions, meetings, tasks, appointments, etc.
- How to view and change access settings
- How to import tasks from a Microsoft project file
- Manager's views for planning work and assessing performance
Who Should Attend?
Managers using the system should attend this one day end-user training. No programming experience or prior use is necessary.
