ActionWorks® End-User 101 (EU-101)
Overview
ActionWorks is an enterprise application for knowledge workers who regularly engage in complex, inventive processes with colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners. They organize their efforts around processes and projects with changing teams and deadlines. We will teach you how to use to manage all of your commitments, documents and discussions in processes and projects, in one convenient and robust application.
Objectives
Participants gain hands-on experience participating in processes and projects as a Team Member. Specific topics include:
- A tour of the product interface
- Participating in interactions and managing your work items
- Posting announcements and participating in discussions
- Managing documents including revision tracking
- Reporting time in 's time sheet interface
- Using the calendar feature to keep track of personal tasks, appointments, and meetings, as well as your work items in process and projects
Who Should Attend?
All users of the system should attend this one day end-user training. No programming experience or prior use is necessary.
