ActionWorks® Business Process Modeling 101 (BPM-101)

Overview

ActionWorks is a rich environment for the analysis, redesign, implementation and continuous improvement of business processes based on our patented model of human interaction. This course introduces the fundamentals of business process design, and through lectures and hands-on exercises, you will learn how to analyze and redesign processes using the ActionWorks Process Builder.

BPM-101 is also a pre-requisite for both the ActionWorks Application Development 101 and 201 (AD-101, AD-201) courses. It is essential that students fully understand the interaction model that ActionWorks is based upon to get the most out of our other course offerings.

Participants will gain hands-on experience translating business process requirements into ActionWorks process design maps. Specific topics that will be covered include:
  • Detailed explanation of the human interaction based ActionWorks Methodology.
