ActionWorks® Corporate Performance Manager
ActionWorks Corporate Performance Manager addresses one of the most difficult issues executives face—ensuring that the work employees are actually doing aligns with business unit strategy, goals, and success—particularly for highly compensated knowledge workers who generally work independently.
Many management tools, including Balanced Scorecard, Hoshin Kanri, and Management by Objective, seek to ensure this alignment. But only ActionWorks Corporate Performance Manager provides all the functions necessary to capture corporate strategic objectives, drive supportive commitments throughout the organization, manage and monitor achievement, and assess performance
ActionWorks Corporate Performance Manager— based on the ActionWorks Business Interaction Model—allows managers at all levels to plan, then negotiate coherent strategic and operational commitments from their staff that drive corporate strategy deep into the organization. They can manage against those commitments, intervene when necessary, and assess performance unambiguously.
An intuitive Strategic Commitment process facilitates setting strategic goals, then permits numerical, percentage, or milestone performance targets to be set by month, quarter, year, or date. Managers negotiate personal commitments to achieve tactical objectives that implement the strategy.
A Corporate Performance lens on the Action Dashboard displays the pace of work against predetermined expectations—and highlights work that is falling behind, so people can take corrective action. As work is completed, managers can objectively evaluate how well each commitment was met by comparing peoples’ performance to their promises.
