Members of the Action Technologies Alliance Program can rely on Action for dynamic interaction and support, including:

- Event production and participation, e.g., joint topical webinars with leaders from target industries and business disciplines as speakers
- Targeted best-practice templates, references, industry and analyst case studies, and promotional literature that leverage Action's successes in financial services, manufacturing, communications, government, and other industries
- Technical training and support, including direct access to Action Technologies' Technical Knowledge Base, to bring your people up to speed quickly so they can produce revenue in the short term
- ActionWorks® software to support sales demonstrations and prototyping
Action Technologies’ Alliance Types
OEM - Companies that embed Action's technology into their own products and resell the total solution, often exclusively, under their own brand
System Integrator - Companies that provide analysis, planning, design, implementation, integration, and training packaged solutions incorporating ActionWorks
Reseller/Distributor/VAR - Companies that sell ActionWorks products under the ActionWorks brand
Technology - Companies that sell their hardware and/or software solution set alongside an ActionWorks product, thereby presenting a more complete solution. A degree of integration, usually through Web Services, XML, or COM, is often involved.
