Mr. Welty is the CEO and Chairman of the Board at Action Technologies and is also a partner in the investment management firm of agincourt partners, llc. Previously, Bill was a partner in the Investment Banking firm of Volpe, Welty & Co., where he was responsible for investment research and investment management. Prior to that, Bill served as Senior Vice President and Head of Research at Hambrecht & Quist.

Mr. Welty serves on several corporate boards, for companies involved in managing interactions between people using the Internet.
